Abilities:
Lucy possesses the ability to create and control force bubbles. Not fields, not shields, just force bubbles. These bubbles don't grant her invisibility or anything like that, they are however technically indestructible as long as Lucy remains conscious.
The bubbles manifest with a loud popping noise and anything inside the bubble is in an inertia free zone though the bubble itself can be rolled around and moved. When they manifest Lucy floats in the center of the bubble. Lucy can move the bubbles by her own will, but as of yet the larger ones can only be rolled on the ground and the small ones can only be lifted and moved by her mentally as much as she could normally carry. Years down the line this will change. The bubbles have a soapy sheen in the air, similar to gasoline or bubble soap on water where the light hits them.
Lucy's force bubbles can stop anything that is thrown at them, though every blow the force bubbles takes puts pressure on Lucy. Too much pressure and Lucy gets knocked unconscious and the bubble vanishes leaving her prone. She can feel through her bubbles what is happening to the bubble through the bubble though things like gunshots will come through as tickling and pressure the longer it goes on. A good deal of concussive force will roll her backwards and enough will knock her out. The amount of force she can take right now before blacking out is equivalent of being hit with a semi-truck going fifty miles an hour. Full out energy attacks can only be 'fought off' for a couple of minutes before the pressure knocks her out. This will go up with training, but anything more than that is an instant knockout. Also pressure applied over time will eventually case her to drop the bubble.
Unless Lucy braces the bubble by forming half of it underground the bubble will roll and move when hit or nudged in a certain direction. People, animals and objects can be run over the bubbles. The bubbles can also be formed in ways to cut things. Like making a hole in the wall - or a hole in a person, though Lucy would never do that. The field is sharp enough to sever human flesh or anything else. She can make ten small bubbles at once ranging from the size of marbles to tires or one large bubble big enough to fit herself in. Lucy does not have to be in a bubble to form it.
Being ten, Lucy mostly uses her ability to roll down hills or maybe roll and bounce off a roof or two. And generally have a good time.
Base of operations: Was Cumberland, KY. Will be the Lower School at Xavier's in Westchester.
How I see her...
Being ten Lucy still has a child's view of the world and even with everything that's happened has manage to hold on to her faith. She's also loud, energetic and talkative. She corrects adults loudly when she thinks they're wrong. And she swears when she can get away with it but only worlds like 'Damn' and such. She won't say 'God' as a swear word. She is well acquainted with the taste of soap. She is smart, but not patient and would rather be doing something fun instead of homework.
